Poor Disgustung service

Bought a sleeper couch early March in Cosmo City mall, it was delivered within 7 working days as promised but the quality was very poor! It had a scratch, a hole and was very dirty. when I called management on the 21st of March he said he will investigate and get back to me till today the 23rd July
