Poor delivery service

I bought a bed at the Heidelberg branch on the 17/10/19 and I was told that the delivery will be on Monday. I made arrangements for someone to be at the house in time for delivery. I kept on calling the store and getting appalling service that side as well. On Monday I never received any call to arrange for delivery. today at 12:30 I receive callbacks from unknown numbers which ended up being the drivers. I called them and they tell me they are at the house without arranging with me the time of delivery. They left I managed to get my husband to go to the house and I call them back and told them to come delivery and they said they have left and they do not know when they will come back. I tell them I will arrange for someone to come at 15:30 they said they will send me a callback and inform me of their whereabouts. such a huge company with pathetic delivery service I am really disappointed.
