Poor customer service - no feedback at all

Good day

I have been trying to get hold of online support for almost a week now. Now one is answering the calls and doesn't even reply to my emails.

I would like to know what the status of my online order is, as to the day where I have ordered it, it said that I will get my order on the 9th of AUGUST. Till now, no order was delivered to me and also no emails, calls were made to even notify me of when delivery would be.

I want feedback or Fair Price needs to refund me and cancel my order. No person should be kept in the dark, at least have the service to at least communicate with the customer

Please let me know what the issue is so that i as the customer atleast know what the status is of my order as the service im currently receive are very poor
