Poor Customer service from the Warehouse

On the 9th of September I purchased 2 Bar stools from Fairprice, it was an online order and chose the grey set. Same day I received all the details regarding my order and estimated delivery date. Ever since I have been calling their warehouse where I get to be **** to. Its really disappointing to be told that your order will be delivered 7-14 days, then the next thing the Consultant wants to force you to take a color that you didn't order. Last week on the 07.10.2024 I request for a refund, instead they insisted that I should choose something else, and I refused. Since then they are not answering my calls or emails .To date 15.10.2024, its been a cat chasing a and mouse game, still haven't received my order.
