Poor Customer Service from Store Manager

I purchased a lounge set from Fair Price.The brand new lounge set was covered with saw dust and could not be viewed from the outside as it was covered in plastic.I called the store Manager today and invited him to my home to view the lounge set so he can see what condition was supp****.He was very dis-interested and kept giving me excuses.I have never heard of a customer purchasing a new product and then have to employ a cleaner to clean this product.The Manager told me to ask my wife to take a cloth and clean the sofa,What kind of service is this??Once agin,i re-iterate my grievance,I asked the Manager to come and inspect the goods delivered so he can see for himself the condition it was supp**** at and make a decession once there on how to clean a suede covered lounge suit.Its also not a simple case of just vacuuming the set.
