Poor customer service from JENENE NIEMACK

I bought a lounge suite at the fair price east rand value mall brunch and used their delivery service only to learn from the drivers that they are not allowed to enter the premises, we had to check for any defects on the lounge suite outside on the parking lot of the complex where I reside. When I called the branch to ask the sales person by the name of JENENE NIEMACK why didn't she inform me about their delivery policy, she **** and said she had told me. Not only was she rude and unprofessional she also refused to put her manager on the line. She bluntly yelled at me saying out of all her clients I'm the only one who didn't know the rule. Told me just because I'm a customer doesn't mean she can't tell me where to get off simply because I'm upset and yelling. As a sales person myself I am utterly disgusted at the level of service the company allows it's staff to render to customers.
