Poor Customer Service from Fair Price

I bought a kitchen unit on the 30th of Sept 2018 at Atteridgeville Attlyn

Based on their proof of purchase it state that a minimum of 48 hour's they will definitely deliver but from the sale person word of mouth she promised me that before friday i will receive my Kitchen Unit boom till today nothing and sad part they are failing me by not communicating I am the 1 who do follow ups with them since the 5th October 2018 and 6th October 2018.... at first when they mention before friday i did understand since am a human being as well but this is not how to treat your customers team fair price... Trust me i won't recommend or advice anyone to buy something from you this was the first and last time i buy at Fair price thumb down to them... poor customer service indeed they should stop something that they can't even deliver......?????????
