poor customer service fair price Boitekong

my name is Ellon Motukisi 0****86523 Im not happy about the level of service i receive at fair price Boitekong. i bought couch on the 6 July 2023 i was promised they will deliver after 7 working days which i did not have a problem. on 21.07.2022 we went to the store to ask why the couches was not delivered and the is no communication, than the manger Katlego promise to call us and give us feed back which he did not. on the 23.07.2022 i called the store and i felt so abused, the person that was in charge was very rude to me and he even refused to tell me his name and he said the is nothing he can do, he even denied to call her area manager to assist us, i had to call my brother to go to the store which is more expense to me Im not happy at all and i felt so abused regarding my money that i work so hard for. please do something about the service of fair price Boitekong it so poor and the manager does not have good customer service thanks to the sales lady that call and assist me i think she is the one that have to be a manger good customer service
