Poor customer service

So today the 2nd January I went to fairprice Cosmo city mall.first of all there was no one on the door taking temperatures on customer nor making sure that customers sanitiz before entering the store. Well secondly no one on the floor to assist clients I walk for more than half an hour thinking maybe someone will approach me then dololo..that's when I decided to sit on a couch next to the window by the tills the ladies kept talking and talking gossiping about how someone got fired,after what looked like 29 minutes that's when the other one who looked like a manager amongst them decided to ask me sesi can we help you?I told her I want Russell Hobbs microwave she then said to me we don't have it instead of her saying let me check for you or offer me another brand...she just answered me while standing on what looked like a photocopy machine..I did not only want to buy a microwave but also a coffee table but because they did not bothered to assist me I just walked out of the store furious n ****ed like no bodies business...
