Poor customer service

I bought a Roma 3 piece kitchen unit online. The unit came in pieces with no instructions, and they are taking me pillar to post to get the assembly instructions. When I try booking for my free assembly they cannot get an assembly person at my convenience because I can only book a date in 2 weeks time. Right now my house is a mess because I have no where to put my groceries.
