Poor customer service

online, the delivery was scheduled for the 20 . My item is still not delivered. When you call them no one is answering the phone , when you go to the shop they tell you that they don’t deal with online queries.i sent endless emails with no response.i then communicated with Melusi Innocent Mngomezulu who decided to answer my emails after 10 days , he then advised that the cupboard is out of stock, I requested my money back and he requested for my bank confirmation letter, I sent it right away and he said finance department will process my refund I’ll get it within 3- 7 days, the turnaround time has elapsed I haven’t received my money back. I’ve been sending him the emails again and he just decided not to respond to my emails.I WANT MY MONEY 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
