Poor customer service and rudeness

Poor customer service and Rudeness My girlfriend and I bought a kitchen unit on 19 Dec 24, they promised to deliver same day which they never did and never bothered to contact us and give an update. We called the store, Dobsonville branch, did not pick up our calls. I went today 21 Dec 24, I was told that the warehouse has not yet assembled it, I demanded a refund as soon as I got an unclear story about a new delivery date. The lady who was facilitating a refund had given us bad customer service before, her name is Kgomotso. She gave me a slip which required a signature and a reason for the refund, when she realized that I'm writing my reason for the refund, she forcefully snatched the slip and said she only needed a signature in an angry voice. I was disgusted by her behavior, I'm never setting my foot at Fair Price ever again.
