Poor customer service and abusing customer's kindness

Their service is very poor in Cosmo city. I bought a chest of drawer and they brought it to my house in 3 boxes instead of repairing it first. I had to stay with the 3 boxes for the whole month in my house. I didn't buy pieces of a furniture, I didn't ask for pieces of a chest of drawer. I went there 3times complaining and asking them when are they coming to repair. They gave me a run around coz they are lasy to do their job. I am not happy at all. The boxes are still at my place I don't know what to do anymore
