POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

The most useless online store I have ever used. Made an order on the 15th of December 2022 and selected a delivery date of 20/12/2022. Up to today I have not received my order, the online tracking system is absolute sh***t. oh if you think that enough try calling their customer care and be ready to be more ****ed.
