Poor customer service

I am impressed with the service I received from Fair price Chris Vosloorus, I bought a Defy fridge G455 Eco WD 348LT NET MET DAC 645 and it was delivered on Friday at 18h30 the delivery guy told us to switch on the fridge after 24 hours, the following day on Saturday in the morning we switched it on, only to find out there was a track inside and the water dispenser is not working I contacted FAIR price Vosloorus were I bought the fridge to lay a complaint, I was told to come to the store with my POP, I did as I told and showed them the pictures of the damages, I was promised that they will collect the fridge on Monday for inspection but time today I'm waiting for them..
