poor customer service
I bought ottomans online, they were delivered to me and the driver was just the worst ,whereas i had listed my address on the order, driver called me so inpatient about where am located ..told him when he got to my complex he refused to bring the order up to my unit ,tried to direct him still didnt want to listen..ontop of that the ottomans delivered have scratches ..sent them an email complaining they ignored all my emails ,this is honestly the worst furniture store would never recommend it to anyone!!!

30 Nov 2021, 12:17So i called the store spoke to online orders the guy shouts and yells at me for reporting their service after not responding to any of my complaints on emails mind you i sent these yesterday and followed up this morning.worst experience i even sent pictures of the damaged goods ,he still claims he needs proof?do you not check stock before sending it out to customers..at this point i would never recommend this store to anyone!!
