Poor customer service

I bought a kitchen unit at fairprice and was told it will be dilvered in 7days, 7th day i call the shop and they tell me they drivers are not available they will call me back and no one has bothered to call me back 11 days later still waiting for the kitchen unit to be delivered i decide to call the attlyn store fairprice and request for my refund so i can buy some where else im being told refunds take 7days they will call me back so as a customer wat do i need to do in regards to this kind of situation
