poor customer service

I did a laybye of a coffee table at fair price three months ago.at the beginning of the month I went to collect the table only to be told that the table is not there in stock and I must come collect it after seven days. After seven days when I go to collect it they said the table is no longer available I must choose another table. But to my supervisor the table is on display but not there in stock and they promised that they will collect another table from another branch. I waited for them to call me to come collect the table but they never called.
