Poor customer service

Hellopeter My mother ( Lindiswa )bought a table + chair Annis on the 25th of February 2018 ( fair price in Olievenhoutbosch) and the table was delivered after three days, when we were assembling the table we found out that metallic legs of the chairs had rust and we sent them back to the shop , the manager was on duty and the salesperson who goes by the name Keamogetse told us that they gonna send them back to the warehouse and promised me that they will contact me after three days. After a week I called them to follow up, they told me that they were still waiting for a feedback from the warehouse, however, after two weeks I called them again but they told me that those chairs were out of stock so they were waiting on stock from the warehouse. On the 20th of this month, I received a call from them telling me that they were gonna deliver the chairs on Thursday the 22nd but I didn't hear anything from them ever since and it's been a month , I'm still waiting. They keep on making empty promises, as a customer I'm very disappointed because their service is poor and they don't know how to deal with customers.
