Poor client service

I have bought a TV stand on Monday afternoon and was told that delivery will be done the next day or on Wednesday (48 hours), however that is not the case as the TV stand is still not delivered up until today.

The store did not bother to inform me about any delays and when trying to contact them they said they would get back to me with feedback but nothing was received.

They do not take care of their customers and do not take their clients seriously, no one has given me anything concrete so far.
