Poor and misleading information

I sent somebody to buy a bed at fairprice jabulani but since Tuesday i didnt receive my bed. When i call them on Thursday they tell me a transport is closeby at 2. Until 5 when i call them again they give me driver s number to find out that number is on voicemail. The service is very very very poor. Now i need my money back i cant buy any more at that shop.
