Poor after sales customer care!!!

Good day,

I bought a couch yesterday, the driver delivered the couch at night, whilst it was raining heavy. I took the couch whilst still in its packaging, when I unwrapped the couch, it was visible damaged, dirty and of very poor quality. I logged a return query the following day as it was already late. Now the customer care consultant (Zoe Johnson) claims that fair price is not liable and will not give me a new couch or a refund.

This is absolutely shocking and appalling, I have never experienced such bad customer care. I am very disappoint in Fair price. They just want your money, once you pay they will they deliver the opposite of what you ordered and then refuse to take accountability.
