Pitiful service!

We bought kitchen cupboards from Fair price Boksburg totaling R13 000, they delivered and assembled 4 of 5 cupboards, the sink cupboard was out of stock but they said it would arrive end of March 2024 so we paid for it so long and trusted that it would arrive on the set date. It didn't, went back to the shop to ask what is going on, the sales lady said she was on leave and she doesn't know, she checked and said the cupboard would only be in stock end of April again, she said she would make sure it is delivered the first week May. It is the 27th of May and I still haven't got my sink cupboard, not even a phone call to just update me. I am not driving to Boksburg again from Springs to follow up and there is no phone number to call. I want my cupboard or a full refund ASAP!!
