Pillar to post

<p>I am disappointed with the service I got from Fair Price in Benoni. I bought a wardrobe on Thursday (27-04-2017) and was told that it will be delivered on Friday and assembled on Saturday. Upon delivery on Friday the driver told me that what I was told at the store wasn't true as it takes about 7 days to get it assembled, however he promised to come on Sunday or Monday. There was no sign of them on Sunday and on Monday morning I called the driver who was supposed to come and he told me he was not working but said he was gonna get someone from the store to come. I then sent someone to go and enquire, when he got there he spoke to Sthembiso who called the driver and was promised they were going to come after 12, and again...there was no sign of them. This morning I took it upon myself to call them and again I was told stories. I spoke to Sthembiso who was surprised to learn that the driver didn't come and said he was going to call him and get back to me. When he got back to me with no solution, I asked to speak to the store manager, and I spoke to a lady by the name of Precious who said she understood my frustrations, however they don't assemble furniture on weekends. She said she was going to call a driver and get back to me which she never did. Next thing I knew I was being contacted by a "driver" who claimed he couldn't make it because he didn't have my address and he tried to send me a Please call me message and he had a problem with the network. He said he will come on weekend and I can't wait that long considering the fact that according to Precious "they don't assemble on weekends" so this means for the next week I'm also going to be sent from pillar to post. I am disgusted by their service and I want all my money back because clearly they don't care for their clients they just want money.</p>
