Piece of trash

I ordered online on 25th November 2023 delivery was to be on 29 November 2023 to date 3rd January I haven't received my items. I have made several follow-ups with no help whatsoever at some point they responded that the items I bought are out of stock I requested a full refund I will buy somewhere else I havent received my refund even after I supp**** them will the information they requested. Fair price is just a piece if trash.
