Phola Mall Pair price not fair, bad attitude on staff.

Fair price KwaMhlanga phola mall, bad customer service and delayed delivery.

I went to buy an automatic washing machine for the price i saw for weeks on the display, i even asked if the price was for cash and they said yes.

Guess what, when i swiped the machine, the price went up from R5200 to R5750 including R250 compulsory delivery.

When i asked for the manager, the manager was not there, asked to call the head office to ask why are they increasing the price without informing the sales guys. They told me that "they can't do that because is not their problem, i must use my phone to call" I asked for refund same day, they don't have cash and they will call me as soon as they have cash. From 19/03 to 26/03/2021 no call, no refund.

I supported them even when there was delays on deliveries. Now why do i need to pay delivery charge if i have my own bakkie?
