put a lay buy from 12 Oct 2020 for furniture, every time when ii come to finish payment of it i was told to wait because they do not have stock. so i added things to the lay buy and continued. i was never told in the first place that it expires in 12 months but even if they did the problem was on their end as they didn't have supplies so i assumed they'd take that into consideration. Every month id go there and its the same story for me it wasn't so much of an issue as i used that money for other things and was willing to wait. On the 21st of Oct i went again and this time i was told the price for the lay buy has expired and that i must pay this new amount. i asked them why didn't they tell me upon receipt of slip when adding the other things because it must have shown on the system. the staff in Klerksdorp North West is very rude and useless. every month they took our numbers and promised to call us as soon as the stock arrives but they never did and now they tell us we must pay more whereas they are the ones without supplies. They also force people to pay for delivery otherwise they can not buy from them.
