PATHETIC SERVICE / ***** / *******S

Hi , Please note that i have made a purchase of 3 items on the 24/11/2017 from FAIR PRICE at Lake side Mall.

I have called multiple times requesting delivery information from the sales person who took my sale (Janene Niemack), She would say she would check and call me back however i received no feedback.

I called again on the 5 December 2017, she said that it will be delivered today in the afternoon , she will call with the delivery time , still no feedback .

I called again 2:45pm , She said she doesnt know when the delivery will be made and she cant advise when.

I spoke to the store manager , He said they having issues with delivey.

I asked if i could come pick up the goods myself and refund my deposit , he said we Cannot however he will check with Head office and get back to me .

TODAY IS THE 08 DECEMBER AND STILL NO FEEDBACK , I called again and spoke to the sales person asking about delivery and she said she doesn't know when , What kind of service is that ?????? She said i must call back at 12.

I called to speak to the manager at 11.30 and he now says after i asked him about picking up the delivery myself that i cannot ??? WHY DIDN'T HE PHONE ME LIKE HE SAID HE WAS ???

I TOLD HIM THAT I AM GOING TO DURBAN ON WEDNESDAY THE 13TH OF DECEMBER , AND I NEED MY GOODS , HE PROMISED ME THEY EVERYTHING I ORDERED WILL BE DELIVERED TO ME LATEST TOMORROW AFTERNOON !

IF THERES NO DELIVERY I WILL MAKE SURE THAT EVERY KNOWS WHAT KIND OF A BUSINESS THIS IS ! THERE ARE LOTS OF COMPLAINTS THE SERVICE OF THIS BUSINESS ON HELLO PETER AND NO ONE RESPONSE SO ITS CLEARLY I AM NOT THE ONLY 1 EXPERIENCES THIS !!!!
