Pathetic service at Bronkhorstspruit Fair Price!!!!

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I got at Fair Price Bronkhorstspruit!!!!!!! I bought a refrigerator worth R15000 paid delivery fee which I was promised I'll receive within a week but that didn't happen they took over 3 weeks to deliver!!!When I plugged the fridge it wasn't working I reported back to Fair Price they told me that Hisense is gonna come and check what the problem is, it also took them 4 weeks to come check only to find that there was no gas in the fridge....the technician from Hisense opened my fridge and installed gas!!!! I don't want a damaged fridge because I will forever have issues with the fridge...I am disappointed with the service because I was told by Bonolo a consultant to go to X-repo or Court because I will never get my refund or a new fridge!!!! The manager was not helpful at all as if it's my fault that the fridge was damaged!!! Can I get my money back I don't want the fridge anymore!!!!
