PATHETIC SERVICE AND ****!!!

My husband and I Lay-byed an automatic washing machine (DEFY) at Fair Price (Vanderbijlpark) on the 26th of May 2020. When we went there month end of May 2020 to pay the remaining amount, We were told the machine is out of stock (we were not told this when we lay-byed) and we should wait for 2 weeks. A month has passed but we still can't get our machine and there's no valid explanation. When we demand refund, the store manager says it can only be processed by Fair Price Head Office, which is currently closed.

Fair Price provides PATHETIC service.
