Pathetic service

Their service is as bad as the lifespan of their products, pathetic, from them letting me pay for products and then telling me they don't have the product in store, and that the product will not be available in store and that I must collect it myself at their warehouse, why should I be the one collecting the product at the warehouse whereas I paid for the product at the shop, why couldn't there make stock available for customers to collect at the shop??
