Pathetic service!!!

I’m shocked at the service I received from FAIR PRICE and we used to love this shop I purchased a double bed and kitchen cupboards there wasn’t stock at the time but I didn’t mind and placed the order after 3 days I received confirmation of delivery and made sure my grandmother was home as it was a gift to her she already gave away the old bed and unit she had, the driver didn’t know where he was going I had to direct him all the way don’t they have GPS? Than to find out it’s not the full delivery I called the driver and the online service is pathetic and he said they will deliver the next day of which didn’t happen for a week I emailed head office and tried calling no response I also emailed Aatifa and no response eventually we got hold of them and all we had was excuses,I was told I have to choose something else there’s no stock why was I not contacted about this? I refused and said if that’s the case I will not pay the difference Aatifa spoke to her manager and agreed on an amount and I would still have to pay a portion in which I was not happy about but after back and forth I agreed then to my surprise they now found stock of the old unit I purchased and was delivering that day where the stock came only god knows, by the way all this time my 80 year old grandmother has not kitchen units so they deliver but the unit is in boxes and NOT ASSEMBLED and it’s been another week waiting for the assembler to come he lies on watsapp everyday with different times his name is Thokozani his supervisor or manager still yet to find out her name also is a **** she said she would email me with her manager never happened they are not making this a priority the customer online departments Melusi also follows up on the delivery but isn’t bothered about the rest because their don’t deal with the Asembler talk about working as a team this absolutely pathetic I will never use fair price I will bad mouth them on every social media platform and word of mouth
