Pathetic service

I recieved a very poor and pathetic service at fair price Witbank down.I bought some items that i needed to use urgently which the convinced me to pay them up quickly so I could receive them..I pay up including delivery which the say it compulsory and will be getting my item within 7 days today marks the 12 today I made a follow up when I was told the sales person who sold this was on leave and the items they made me pay for are out of stock in asking when should I be receiving my item they said as long as they don't have it i must wait and forget about the items...how can a big company like this be empty promising customers and selling what they don't have it pathetic
