Pathetic Service!

I bought a couch CASH at Fair Price furniture shop in Dobsonville on the 26th November 2017. I had my own transport to take the couch to my place, but NO I was told that the stock is at the warehouse in Alberton, free delivery will take place in 5-7 days. Even today (06 December) I still haven't received my couch, no one is saying anything, no call or sms to inform me about the delay. I've tried calling them several times, no answer. I can't take a day off work to deal with such nonsense! I'm highly disappointed, Fair Price has no respect for their customers.
