pathetic service

O Saturday, 05 September 2015,I went to fairprice,purchased a fridge,cash,d was told that it will be delivered on Monday morning and I will receive a call from that lady, Wendy. At 15:55 I decided to call them as they had not delivered, and only when I did I was told that it was out of stock, when I asked why wasn't I notified, the guy hung up. Called back, asked when will it be available \we don't know"was the answer I got"
