Pathetic service!!!

I don't know what to do I had a lay-bye of a kitchen unit 10-058 and paid it in full last week Friday at the fair price in mooi and Pritchard. It was late and wanted a delivery to be made in lenasia I understood that they said it would be delivered the next day 28/02/2015. We waited the whole day and I went there the same day on Saturday at around 15:00 the person who assisted me Michael Come told me that they had forgotten to give the driver my delivery slip and they closing so it would be delivered on Monday which was yesterday. I called him the whole day yesterday and the deliver was only made at 21:00pm. Great the whole thing was scratched and the doors just aren't right. I would like to believe that the adverti*****ts shown of good quality and customer service is true but this is just unacceptable because we paid everything in full. Please see to the matter of the kitchen unit being replaced or we'd like a refund. It's as though nobody cares we keep calling but no positive feedback people just don't do their jobs right really pathetic and disappointing..
