Pathetic online store

I made an online purchase on 20/2 and selected delivery date for 22/2 This was urgent items for my business as I just moved to new premises No delivery was made - NO communication from Fair Price. I have been phoning 3 different numbers but NO answer on any of them all day. No response on email either. How should I even begin to follow up is there is just zero response from any of their channels ???? Fair Price doesn't have bad service because there is NO SERVICE. I need this SORTED ASAP.
