PATHETIC FUNITURE /SERVICE
I bought a lounge suit from this store. When delivered the legs we not straight, colours on the sofa did not match so it was returned within the same week of purchase. I have the sofa for 9 months, one of the back rest broke, material where u sit is loose as the staples are coming off, legs are no longer steady. According to the sales lady these sofas have a year warranty. I called the store and the manger says that they only offer a year3 to 6 month warranty, yet when the goods are sold i was **** too, for the store to make a sale. The invoice has no evidence of this managers statement . It's very frustrating that this company operates in this manner. Selling furniture that doesn't last and i spent thousands on and **********. If this company does not resolve this issue, i will proceed to report this to the store consumers protects for further resolutions. It's sad to see the complaints about this store, should have researched before purchasing.

usage of lounge suites is according to the consumer , however if negligence is found on the cusatomers side , then the customer is liable for costs to repairs .
if the supplier finds that in any way or form there is a factory fault , he or she will change it , however please note that a repir is only valid on framework and not on material tearing or fraying .
