Pathetic customer service

I paid for a couch at the end of October at your Potchefstroom branch. It is three weeks later and I still have not received my couch. But you have my money.

I want answers and your staff is not very efficient or helpful. I call head office and you dont answer or when you do you send me from pillar to post. You forget I am not getting this couch for free I actually paid for it.!!!!!!
