PAID UP LAYBYE

I bought a coffee table on lay bye at Fair price Southgate valu market and paid it on the 29October. I was told the table is not in the shop and when I inquired why they said they don't have stock. If I want it I must go to the warehouse. I was very angry because they gave me an attitude as if I didn't buy the table there. To my knowledge when you laybye immediately after it the must put the table safe in there store room. I was not told that every lay bye customer must go fetch their stuff at the workshop otherwise I could have not bought it. I went to them twice and they told me they don't have stock and they will call me , till today. I am fed-up with customer service there because it looks like the manager as well doesn't care.
