Paid full but i still have not got my item

I ordered and paid full for my item on the 25th of September its nw its now November and i am not getting anything from fair price i try to call or email but with nno luck with my item

I can not pay full price and not get what i paid for coz if i didnt want it i was not going to pay full i would have layby i want what i paid for or gget my money back i will neverr order or buy from fair price
