PAID FOR MACHINE IN MARCH AND STILL DON'T HAVE IT

Paid for a LG 14 kg Automatic Washing Machine on the 31st March 2015, after the 14 days the item was not available, on the 3rd week I realised I had misplaced my receipt, and was told by Fair Price to do an Affidavit and come back on the 23 May 2015. During the course of the wait, I found the receipt and was told my receipt is not useful, even if i throw it away. I paid the balance R4000.00, i have the receipt, and it is Myself who bought the machine, i am so unhappy as i do not understand why it is so hard and why i must wait so long even though all the particulars are available and prove that i bought the item. I am told to come back on the 23rd, even though I paid the total and I have waited from 31 March to 20 May for something i payed for and no one seems to care. Its so unfair, I feel so let down... I do not owe Fair Price anything!!!!
