Paid for a bed and no delivery

I brought a bed at Fair price in Braamfontein. I swiped and the amount went off on my account. Fair price is claiming the money isn't reflecting and I showed them confirmation that it went off. Now my calls are being ignored as the number I was calling isn't a landline. Please help me get my money back.
