Outstanding order

What type of business is this? I have purchased items online and already it was a nightmare getting my stuff. One of my items was out of stock till today for nearly 1 month now i am trying to get hold of head office and online department and still no answer, but I have purchased for my items. Utterly unaceptable practice from them.
