Ordered from Fair Price in December, order still hasn't been delivered.

I ordered a couch and TV online on the 20th of December 2023 but only received the couch mid January 2024. I've sent through multiple emails and logged the incident through their customer care but to no avail. Their customer online service number doesn't go through ***. Fair Price online department is disappointing and I wouldn't recommend anyone to order from them. They hardly respond to queries.
