Order Taking forever.

My Fridge stopped working in the first week of January, I went to the shop and told them about the problem.<br> It took a week for the guy supposed to fixed it to pitch.<br> When He finally pitched he couldn't fix it, he came back two days later and told me that he will tell the shop[ to come and replace it with a new one. <br> It's been a week now with no communication of help of any way.
