Order number 23-755

I bought a radio on Monday 11 October from Fair price Albert Sisulu branch. When I was there I was told they are out of stock and should receive stock during the cause of the week. No phone call came and I decided to call them today and was told they will only be receiving stock 31 October. I was shocked because the person I spoke to seemed to have no clue whats going on. The manager is useless , I spoke to her on Monday. Instead of going an extra mile , her fist solution was offer to refund me. There wasnt even enough cash , she asked if she could call me once they have enough money. Not sure how you get the position if you cant solve problems. Can someone please intervene as I'm about to lose all faith I had in this store?? They are far the worse branch I have dealt with. So angry and dissapointed.
