Order not delivered , over a month with no updates

Hi Fair Price,

I'm Lebogang Makgoloane. I ordered a kitchen unit on March 31st, 2025, and was told it would take about a week to be ready for collection at the Lebowakgomo branch. However, it's been longer than expected, and I haven't received any updates.

Could you please let me know when I can expect to collect my kitchen unit?My food and dishes have been on the floor since. Fair Price is not fair. Reference number for my order is 27979.

I've also bought wardrobe this month,I don't know if it will arrive or not. I was also promised that it will arrive after 7 days. But I doubt because I did not receive my first order. Reference of wardrobe is 24946
