Operating Hours - Paledi Mall

Fair Price Paledi shopping centre, has a 17:15 operating hour. However, if you go there at 17:01 the store will already be closed. I have asked the employees how do they close before the official time, and the employees told me that at 17:00 they close the door and only serve the employees that are inside the store.

Someone has to teach these employees, that closing time is not operating time. If you are registered to open at 08:15 you don't start cleaning the store and prepare for operations at 08:15, the door must be open at 08:15. Similarly, closing at 17:15 should not mean that the store closes at 17:00.
