Only care about sales not customers

I have ordered on the 30th of November til date, my order is not complete. I only received 3/4 of my order. No communication from them, I have to be the one running after them. I want my TV stand today or refund. Delivery was supposed to be within 7 days but it has been weeks. Such bad customer service. This was my last order from you guys.
